Privacy notice

Only what you send us through a form: the contact form, and the details you give to start the AI readiness assessment, with your results when you finish it. The site has no accounts and no newsletter. The fonts and images are served from the site itself.

Like any website, the hosting provider that delivers these pages processes the technical details every browser sends with a request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. It uses them to deliver and protect the site. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

To start the assessment you give your name, work email and company, and if you like your company's size. We receive these when you start, so we know who is taking it. When you finish, we receive your answers and results with the same details, and we use them to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation if you want one.

Your browser keeps your details in what browsers call local storage, so you don't have to enter them again on your next visit; the contact form uses them to fill in its first fields. It keeps your answers in session storage, so a refresh doesn't lose your place, and clears them when you close the tab or choose "Start over". You can remove both at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

The contact form sends your results only while the switch that includes them is on. Turn it off and the form sends without them.

When you send a form, we receive what you enter: your name, work email and company, and, if you add them, your company's size, a message and your assessment results. A form service processes the submission to deliver it to us; it acts on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.

We use what you send, by form or by email, to reply to you and, if you wish, to discuss working together. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation and our ordinary business records need it, and we delete it on request unless the law requires us to keep it.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly from where, on what kind of device, and how visitors arrive. It sets cookies in your browser and sends this usage information to Google, which processes it for us. We use it only in aggregate, to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you, and we run no advertising or other tracking tools.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics, without losing anything on this site. If we add any other tools, we will update this notice before they go live, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. This concerns what you have sent us through a form or by email. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

When the site changes in a way that affects your information, we will update this notice and its effective date first. The current version always lives at this address.
